Ryan and Young.
We’re the husband and wife team behind APS Stays. We buy our properties and turn them into comfortable, practical homes for people staying a little longer.
Young designs each home and manages the process, while Ryan carries out the refurbishment. Once you’re staying with us, Young answers your messages and Ryan handles maintenance and call outs. Local cleaning teams help us prepare each property for arriving guests.

Young10 years in customer service, with training from Hilton Hotel and Hyundai.
